WHAT IS YOURE RETURN POLICY?
RETURNS ✨
Before returning an item, please contact us first via email at support@isaloramaison.com.
Please note: we currently do not offer money refunds. Instead, we’ll provide you with store credit (a discount code) equal to the value of your order 💌.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags still attached. If our care team feels these conditions are not met, they may refuse the return and the item will be sent back to you.
Please note: Gift cards cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES 🌸
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
